Thank you for this! I'm a week in to the carnivore diet and I've been looking for how to fuel and understanding fueling on the food plan. This was awesome! 50K is my goal distance, however, currently I'm coming off of injury (plus covid, smoke in the summer and ice in the winter) and I'm "starting over" running. I did my first 10K yesterday after over a year since running that distance. I'm abysmally slow, and it was HARD, and yet, I know it will get easier over time (cuz us runners have been here before, and probably will be again!). I have had so many questions in my mind to understand HOW to run on carnivore, and WHAT to do on those days running lasts 2 hours or more, recovery, etc.. I'm looking forward to reading more articles like this!
