Possibly, yes. I went off for a couple of months and am now back on hoping that I'll get the ratios correct and better results. I've also been lifting 3 or more times per week for 6 months consistently, and adding walking in daily. I think the combo of more exercise and carnivore ratios I may have better results. The bottom line is that I want something sustainable - because it's a good diet, and "easy" in the sense that I'm not computing challenging math equations to get the correct amounts every day.
